'Tis the season of New Year's resolutions. One of our goals was to take our kids out on dates once a month. Kade was the first to go with Dad.
It was the perfect boy's night--complete with Culver's burgers and ice cream, a BYU basketball game.
The girls had their turn the following weekend. Neil took them to Kangaroo Zoo where they bounced their little hearts out on the inflatables.
Then, of course, no date with Dad is complete without ice cream...
And yet again... my three year old is way too big for naps, right? Christopher is trying to figure out why she is not responding.
Grace participated in the First Grade devotional. She said the opening prayer and did a beautiful job on all her songs and her speaking part.
Dad and Uncle Sam built a makeshift sledding hill out of the garbage can and a step ladder. We had so much snow that the kids and the neighbors enjoyed sledding for weeks.
One day this month, I was washing Grace's winter coat. I found this sweet note from her teacher in the pocket. This is why we go to American Heritage School. You will never find more loving teachers than those at AHS.
