"So... what was good about your day?"

Often, our conversations around the dinner table stem from this question, "What was good and/or bad about your day, today?" Here are some good things about my days at home with Grace and Kade:Grace is fighting me less and less about her oral hygeine. All along, she just wanted a pink scarf and an assortment of toothbrushes to make her happy while brushing her teeth!Apparently, Kade has a shoe fettish. He loves making messes in our closet. This one is mild. This is the reason why diapering and dressing for the day takes the whole morning. We need lots of play breaks to keep things interesting! That little knob on the bottom of the toilet is SO fun for Kade! He's always sneaking into the bathroom to play with it. How does he even notice it is there? This is how Grace pretends to 'make dinner' for Mommy. I have also caught her a couple times, stuffing tissues inside my blender as she pretends to make smoothies. Sometimes, the best parts of my day are the moments when I get to watch my sweet babies drift off to sleep. See why Mommy stays so skinny?
